SPRING RESET

April 2022 | Tis the season of taxes, Spring Break travel, and wrapping the first quarter of the year. Often the apparently small changes introduced by these Spring shake ups can have big impacts on our minds and bodies. Half of the trick is noticing the shifts that might be affecting our sleep, stress-management skills, or mood. Today we talk about how we can begin to anticipate and support ourselves preemptively through some of these stress points so that we’re not always playing catch up.
